Return Policy

The final acceptance of the claim takes place at RS Redolences.

  

· All sales are final. 


· Due to the nature of our products we are unable to accept returns and still guarantee purity of products to our customers. There are absolutely no unauthorized returns because we cannot guarantee the purity of our merchandise or resell it once it has left our warehouse. We are not able to issue credit on unauthorized returns.


· The authorization for repair, return or exchange will only be given for shipping damages or incorrect shipment, or a limited warranty claim.


· Before returning a product for shipping damage or incorrect shipment, or a limited warranty claim, RS Redolences must authorize the return in writing. (e-mail or messages). Every return must include a copy of the final receipt or purchase order. The customer is responsible for the return shipping. The cost of ground or standard shipping will be reimbursed if the claim is accepted. 


· Merchandise returned without authorization will be discarded. We are not able to make any exceptions to this policy.


· The final acceptance of the claim takes place at RS Redolences. In the event of an unjustified claim, the claimant will be charged with 25% of the purchase price plus shipping costs. In the event of proven fraud, the claimant will be held responsible and will also be charged with all legal and handling costs.


· Damaged or incorrect shipments must be reported within 7 days of the day of delivery as shown in shipment tracking.

    o Inspect all packages at the time of acceptance.

    o Should you receive goods damaged in-transit, carefully verify the extent        of damage in the presence of the delivery driver or with visual evidence. (photos or videos)

   o If possible, keeping all packing materials and box intact.

   o Notify RS Redolences after you have called the shipping carrier.

   o New items will be shipped as soon as damaged items have been returned and verified by RS Redolences or a carrier claim number has been received.

   o You must retain the original packing materials until the claim is resolved.

   o If you discard the damaged goods, there can be no refund or credit.

   o Incorrect shipments must be returned unused. Products with broken warranty or safety seal, or products with broken/ damaged product packaging, or any trace of use will not be accepted.


· Certain products marked with "limited warranty"  (ultrasonic diffusers, diffusing jewelry, etc.) are covered under a limited warranty for 30 days from the day of delivery as shown in shipment tracking. This 30-day limited warranty does not cover normal wear. We recommend following the instructions on how to properly clean, handle and store your products. 

· Limited warranty products will be repaired, or replaced, or exchanged when in stock. If the products are not in stock or cannot be repaired, a shop credit will be issued at 100% of the purchase price.

However, we cannot guarantee that any oil or product with these oils will be consistent in scent from one batch to another. These are 'natural oils', with NO adulteration or dilution and may vary slightly from previous batches.
